Lauren Daley

Ms. Daley is an experienced insurance professional and leader who currently serves as Senior Vice President for Chubb Group out of San Francisco, leading an $80M business with staff spanning from Seattle to Phoenix. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Ms. Daley worked in the non-profit sector, working in San Francisco with a population of people with mental health and substance issues, along with HIV-positive status. Ms. Daley holds an MA in Psychology from Humboldt State University and a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University; she also advanced to candidacy for her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University (formerly California School of Professional Psychology). Ms. Daley serves on the Board of Directors for the Napa Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra. She is married with two school-aged children in Napa and is an active amateur musician.
