Bertha Rodriguez

Ms. Rodriguez is a Human Resources professional with over 22 years of comprehensive human resources experience in the wine industry throughout Napa Valley. She is currently the Director of Talent Management at Joseph Phelps Vineyards, where she is responsible for talent management and leadership development, championing a culture of growth through continuous learning.

Bertha was born and raised in Mexico and now resides in Napa with her family; she has three sons in college and a daughter who currently attends Napa Valley Language Academy. She attended Dominican University of California, where she earned an MBA with a focus in strategic leadership. As part of her ongoing efforts to make education accessible and equitable within the community, Bertha serves on the Napa Advisory Board for 10,000 Degrees, a nonprofit scholarship provider focused on achieving educational equity and supporting low-income students; she is also a member of the Education Committee for the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation.
